Sampit (15/07) – Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) Sampit branch together with Agro, Construction & Crane had a representative from Principal Kubota Mini Excavator to carry out working visits to several customer sites. The agenda for the working visit consists of:

• CV. Nabil Baratama Indonesia Leading

• PT. Salonok Ladang Mas (USTP Group) & CV. Efron Archipelago

• PT. Bagas Paradeso Abadi (Developer) & CV. Citra Mekar (Contractor)

• PT. Agro Bukit & PT. Agro Indomas (Goodhope Holdings)

Principal Kubota Mini Excavator is represented by Perwira Jaya as Sales & Marketing Section 2 (Europe & Asia) and Hiroyuki Kobayashi as Sales & Marketing Section 1 (North America & Oceania), accompanied by Henky Sutanto as Agro Sales Department Head, Agung Maulana Putra as Branch Traknus Sampit Operation Head, Ryan Hidayat as Traknus Sampit Business Consultant, and Salvatore Mahameru Haryogaharu as Traknus Sampit Business Consultant.

On the first day, 11 July 2023, Principal Kubota Mini Excavator immediately visited the customer of CV Nabil Baratama Indonesia Leading who was working at PT Siemon Agro (HTI-Tanaman Akasia) who was welcomed by CV Nabil Baratama Indonesia Leading by Sakti as the Operations Manager. They said that their Kubota Mini Excavator unit was operating well and supporting the business well. Features of the Kubota Mini Excavator can overcome challenges when working.

On the second day, July 12, 2023, Principal Kubota visited PT Salonok Ladang Mas (USTP Group) and CV Efron Nusantara customers who were welcomed by Wijaya as Workshop Head. Wijaya added that spare parts support from the Kubota Mini Excavator is highly expected to support the intensity of the unit's work that is used daily.

On the third day, July 13, 2023, Principal Kubota visited 2 (two), customers, the first was PT Bagas Paradeso Abadi which was located in the PT Bagas Paradeso Abadi housing complex and was welcomed by Marojahan as Operational General Manager. The visit continued to CV Citra Mekar which was located at the owner's house of CV Citra Mekar who was welcomed by Hajanuddin as the Owner of CV Citra Mekar.

Customers took a lot of time to conduct a joint inspection with Principal Kubota Mini Excavator representatives, and tell stories about the daily work carried out by the Kubota Mini Excavator Unit they own.

On the last day, July 14, 2023, Principal Kubota visited 2 (two) customers, the first was PT Agro Bukit which was located in the garden, and was greeted by Taufiq as CWS Manager. The visit continued to PT Agro Indomas located in the plantation and was greeted by Mohd. Fadhly as CWS Manager.

TRAKNUS together with Principal Kubota visited customers to get to know each other, as well as see applications, sharing and receiving input from the Kubota U50-5S Mini Excavator unit.

This visit received a positive response from the customer. Customers feel very cared for and customers can provide input to Traktor Nusantara and Kubota principles such as selecting/using buckets that can be adjusted to customer needs, being able to use fuel that is suitable and easily available in Indonesia, as well as components and aftersales support.

With direct visits to customers, it is hoped that the cooperation between Kubota and Traktor Nusantara will continue to run smoothly and can increase customer satisfaction, as well as become a trusted partner to meet customer business needs.
