On July 2-3, 2024, Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) conducted an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit at TRAKNUS Head Office. This audit was carried out simultaneously in several business areas for two days, covering all business process areas, except finance and accounting processes, environmental and K3 management, and branch offices. This internal audit aims to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements, identify improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness, provide strong and documented evidence to support external audits, and increase employee awareness and understanding of ISO 9001-2015 policies and requirements.

This year TRAKNUS Group has 21 new auditors as ambassadors from all departments and functions on the appointment of the Division Head. Previously the internal auditors have received intensive training. Now all of them successfully and graduated with a certificate following the ISO 9001-2015 Internal audit training. Determined to encourage increased competence in identifying and evaluating business processes, the auditors arrived at the time of action. Spearheaded by 18 auditors representing various divisions accompanied by senior advisors, in fact able to review and peel the review of business processes in each shared area successfully completed the audit very well.

Good collaboration between auditors and auditees is one of the keys to the success of this audit. Auditees provided optimal cooperation by answering questions and providing requested evidence in a timely manner. The audit results identified several categories of Opportunity for Improvement (OFI) which became valuable input for the auditee. This is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes at TRAKNUS. The continuity of internal audits can run smoothly inseparable from the existence of support facilities and accommodation for the organization of the entire team on duty.

The implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Audit at TRAKNUS on July 2-3, 2024 is an important step in the company's journey towards operational excellence.
