Indonesian citizen. He has been appointed as President Director in PT Traktor Nusantara since April 2023.

Beforehand, He joined United Tractors (UT) group in 1993 in Service Department. During his employment in UT Group, he held several positions in Branch Office and several Subsidiaries such as Service Department Head, Service Manager, Marketing Manager Mining, Product Manager of Nissan Diesel and Marketing & Sales Manager of Scania. Since 2009, he joined PT United Tractors Tbk. as General Manager Truck Marketing and in several years concurrently as Marketing Director in PT Astra Multi Trucks Indonesia. He graduated from University of Indonesia, Indonesia, Faculty of Engineering majoring in Mechanical Engineering.

Japanese citizen. He has been appointed as Vice President Director of PT Traktor Nusantara since 2024.

He started his career at Sumitomo Corporation (SC) in 2002, as a salesperson in Transportation Division. From 2010, he joined in Automotive Division, to serve as a VP for the automobile dealership business in the United States, where he experienced retail businesses as well as M&A activities. After coming back from U.S. in 2018, he spent 4 years in SC’s related company, a Japanese auto leasing company, to take a managerial role in the Corporate Planning & Strategy Department. Since 2022, he has joined Construction Equipment Division, experiencing both domestic & overseas equipment rental operations, and from 2024 April, he has taken the current role.

Indonesian citizen. He has been appointed as Director of Marketing, Human Capital, & Sustainability in PT Traktor Nusantara since April 2023.

He started his career in United Tractors (UT) in 2001 as Management Trainee Administration Department Head. During his employment in UT Group, he held several positions including Administration Department Head, Branch Operation Head, Sales Administration & Support (A/R) Department Head and Business Support Division Head in UT subsidiaries. Since 2014, he started to serve as Director role in several companies, from Andalan Multi Kencana as Business Support Director, then in Universal Tekno Reksajaya also served as Business Support Director and today serving as board of director in Traktor Nusantara. He graduated from University of Indonesia, Faculty of Economics and Business majoring in Accounting.

Indonesian Citizen. He has been appointed as Director of Equipment Business in PT Traktor Nusantara since April 2023.

He started his career in 1995 as Sales Force at Traktor Nusantara Medan Branch. Subsequently, he held the position of Representative Operation Head in Banjarmasin and Pontianak. In 2002 he held the position of Branch Operation Head of Traktor Nusantara Medan.

From 2004 to 2019, he held several positions, including, Agro & Construction Sales Head, Parts Marketing & Logistics Head, Business Development Department Head, Agro Department Head, Agro & Construction Deputy Division Head, Agro & Construction Division Head, and Business Development & Marketing Support Division Head. 

Handi Wibowo graduated from Merdeka University Malang, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

He started his career in United Tractors (UT) in 2002 as Staff Credit and Collection.

From 2007 to 2022, he held several position, including, Sales Credit and Collection, Project, Sales PDCA, Sumatra area Sales Operation, Agro Sector Sales Operation, and Finance, Accounting & Taxes, and IT Division Head.

Daniel Hermawan graduated from University of Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

He embarked on his career in 2000 at Sumitomo Corporation in Tokyo, Japan, initially in Plant Project Department. Over the year 2000-2005, he undertook various projects within Railway Transportation Projects Department. From 2005, he dedicated to work in Ship and Marine Projects Department. In 2011 he assumed the role of business manager at the Imabari branch. In 2014, when he was appointed as Manager of Ship and Marine Project Dept. No.1. Progressing further, in 2017, he transitioned to Construction & Mining Systems Division. In 2018, he served as Deputy Branch Director at Sumitec International, Ltd in Kemerovo, Russia. Returning from Sumitec International Ltd in 2021, he resumed his role in Construction & Mining Systems Division in Tokyo. His journey continued in 2023 as he ventured to PT. Sumitomo Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia, taking on the position of General Manager of the Construction Equipment Dept. In 2024, he served as director at PT Traktor Nusantara.

Mikio Nakayama graduated from Kyoto University, Faculty of Law.
