Traktor Nusantara Employee Cooperative (TRAKNUS) held its 2024 Annual Members Meeting (RAT) at the TRAKNUS Multipurpose Room, Pulogadung Head Office, Jakarta on June 27, 2024. 

In strengthening and strengthening the foundation in an era of globalization that is full of challenges and dynamics, the TRAKNUS Employee Cooperative (KOPKAR) conducts a business review and prepares strategic steps forward to always be more advanced and developed. The 2024 Annual Members Meeting (RAT) which was held in a hybrid manner was attended by 43 representatives from 623 cooperative members at the Head Office and all branches in Indonesia. In the established order, 1 representative represents 15 members, therefore with the number of members attending the annual meeting, it has fulfilled the quorum in the meeting or has exceeded the threshold of 50% + 1 attendance of Cooperative members according to the KOPKAR TRAKNUS bylaws. So in the implementation of the members' meeting this time all decisions to be taken are valid. 

This activity is divided into two sessions, namely the first held a friendly meeting between the cooperative management and all cooperative members who attended and invited.   Meanwhile, the second session is the main event of the activity, the Members' Meeting. The turn of the first session of the versatile Master of Ceremony (MC) Yudha F Sinaga cheerfully and cheerfully opened the event. First the MC invited the audience to pray, followed by the spirit of singing Mars Astra and the obligatory song Bagimu Negeri, then still commanded by the MC the participants enthusiastically enlivened the RAPID greeting. Also present was the guest of honor from the DKI Jakarta Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) represented by Antony Oktomene, then the TRAKNUS Group Workers Cooperative Board of Trustees, Supervisors, Cooperative Management, and Cooperative members.

In his speech, Antony Oktomene conveyed his mandate about the important role of Cooperatives in building the community's economy, especially in DKI Jakarta. 

Next, the Board of Trustees of KOPKAR TRAKNUS Group David Raka Budi Nurcahya was asked to the pulpit to give a few words, “The implementation of good cooperative governance will produce optimal performance along with the active contribution of members, which will always benefit members. The business results that can be received by members will be an activator for the sustainability of the cooperative in the long term, and it is hoped that this year we can break eggs. Gratitude is sent to all the administrators and the previous chairman of the cooperative for their best efforts, extraordinary sincere dedication accompanied by patience so that it can bring results and the cooperative continues to grow, as well as the formatur team for their contribution and outpouring of time and views in formulating changes to the Articles of Association and Bylaws along with designing the course of this Members Meeting, of course not forgetting the important role of the entire committee so that this event can be held nicely and smoothly,” he added. 

After this friendly event ended, the MC happily invited invited guests to leave the place to continue their activities, as well as the MC handed over the relay to host the next session, namely the 2024 Cooperative Members Meeting.  Deswita Nur Hartini, assigned as the Registrar of the 2024 Annual Member Meeting, invited a number of KOPKAR TRAKNUS Group administrators for the 2020-2023 period to come forward to sit on the bench of honor, after which she read the agenda and rules for holding the 2024 KOPKAR TRAKNUS Group Annual Member Meeting. Along with him, he announced that the Annual Member Meeting would be chaired by TRAKNUS Group Cooperative Chairman Anhar Mujri.

Preceded by the agenda of reading the activity report and financial report of the cooperative for the 2020-2023 period, Anhar Mujri explained the challenges and dynamics faced during the pandemic and transition era with strong determination, adaptive with sincerity in serving the needs of members and continuing to innovate, finally recording a positive performance. Strategic activities pursued include collaborating with the Astra International Cooperative (KAI) Mart, running a retail store to fulfill members' daily needs and accommodating the process of applying for member loans to KAI.

Then continued by Syavira Ayu Aliffia to explain the financial condition of KOPKAR TRAKNUS Group while under the management of the KOPKAR TRAKNUS Group Management. The overview of financial performance during the reporting period shows a healthy financial position and positive operational cash flow and strong revenue growth. This outstanding performance is reflected in the Income Statement, Balance Sheet as well as the Cash Flow Statement. The presentation of this comprehensive and informative report was witnessed and recognized by all participants.

As preparations were made beforehand, the totality of putting forward the agenda of the Annual Members Meeting went smoothly, a team of 9 workers was formed and Eko Wasito was elected as chairman. 

The submission of general views regarding the activity report and the 2020-2023 cooperative management report is another material agenda. Representing all KOPKAR members, Rezza Ikhwansyah brought up his review and concluded “The management of the Cooperative for the 2020-2023 period is running properly if this is taken into consideration to be approved by all members”.

Having accepted and approved the management's accountability report by this member, the chairman of the meeting further knocked the hammer as a sign of ratification of the 2024 Annual Member Meeting. At the end of the Agenda, the clerk as a completeness and fulfillment of the implementation of the meeting read the minutes contained in the minutes of the Annual Members Meeting (2024) which contained including:

1. Change of cooperative name to “PT Traktor Nusantara Employee Consumer Cooperative”.
2. Approved the change of membership requirements to cross district / city in the DKI Jakarta Province Region.
3. Approved the Cooperative Financial Report for the period 2020 - 2023.
4. Approved the change in principal savings to Rp. 100,000, - (one hundred thousand rupiah).
5. Changes in the vision and mission of the Employee Cooperative “To become a trusted partner and provide wholehearted service to members for mutual prosperity”.
6. Approve the amendments to the Cooperative's Articles of Association as follows:

7. Approve changes to the management and supervisory board for the period 2024-2027, as follows:

In this meeting also authorized Anhar Mujri as Chairman of the TRAKNUS Employee Consumer Cooperative 2024-2027, in terms of submitting an application for Amendment to the Articles of Association of the TRAKNUS Employee Consumer Cooperative and pouring it in the form of a Notary Deed. 

Congratulations and Success on the election of the new management and supervisors of KOPKAR for the period 2024-2027, which is proof of the trust and great expectations of all members. Hopefully you can carry out your duties with full responsibility, integrity, commitment to move forward together. Synergy and good cooperation between the management, supervisors and all Cooperative members can continue to be established, so that the planned programs and businesses can run well and provide optimal benefits for all members.

Through the renewal of the vision and mission strengthened by the collaboration of fellow administrators, supervisors, and cooperative members in the future, it is hoped that the TRAKNUS Employee Consumer Cooperative will firmly bring blessings for mutual prosperity.
