Jakarta, October 6, 2023 - Traktor Nusantara held a continuation of the Teaching Program which is a series of Matching Fund 2023 programs, namely conducting training on the engine and application of the Massey Ferguson brand Tractor to 4 lecturers of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Vocational School of Gadjah Mada University (UGM) at the Training Center Rawa Sumur Pulogadung Jakarta on October 3-5, 2023.

The event was opened directly by HCSSEHSGA Deputy Division Head TRAKNUS Iman Nurcahyo and attended by SSEHS Head Pendi Setyawan and all HC department staff.  "The implementation of this activity is a form of commitment and a concrete manifestation of the Traknus Cerdas pillar CSR program in improving the quality of education and scientific development as an effort to support the sustainability development program contained in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the field of human resource development," said HCSSEHSGA Deputy Division Head TRAKNUS Iman Nurcahyo.

This activity is divided into 2 sessions, namely in-class training guided by TRAKNUS Technical Instructor Rahmat Agung to provide basic theory of tractor engine application, hydraulic system, as well as basic introduction to periodic repair and maintenance, followed by a workshop and warehouse visit session of Traktor Nusantara located in GIIC, Cikarang to see the safe use of Massey Ferguson Brand agricultural tractors along with procedures for repairing and maintaining equipment and knowing the proper management system for the placement of inventory and maintenance units applied by Traktor Nusantara.  In addition, the trainees also had the opportunity to see firsthand a number of other heavy equipment such as JLG Boom Lift, Kubota Mini Excavator and HSC Crane.  

Dr. Ilham Ayu Putri Pratiwi, S.ST, MT representing the trainee lecturers expressed her gratitude and wanted this kind of program to be continued to produce extraordinary results, right on target which had an impact on improving the ability of vocational school teachers. The program of strengthening collaboration and synergy between vocational schools and industry resulted in contributions in solving real problems in the field, helping to develop and foster innovation and improve the nation's competitiveness, he added.
