Traktor Nusantara held TRAKNUS Innovation Convention to continue to provide the latest innovations and grow together. The culmination of the journey towards a superior process through innovation was reached on September 20, 2023. The event, held at PT Traktor Nusantara Head Office, was the final stage of a series of activities that began in January 2023, including three stages of paper submission and two stages of I-Share. 

Participants were judged on their ability to defend their innovative papers in front of the judges. There were 363 participants who participated in this event, with a total of 790 papers submitted. 

David Raka Budi Nurcahya, as Director in Charge of Innovation, revealed that this activity is an event to get the best of the best innovations for innovations that have been made by finalists through papers that can be used as standards and provide new enthusiasm towards sustainability and progress together. This activity is a process that can provide learning and educate each individual to always look for new things and make improvements in daily activities in carrying out mandated tasks at work, he added.

The managerial team, including Supriyadi, Ferdinand Widjaja, Sri Mahendra, and Handoko, represented the awarding of the winning finalists. The categories were Suggestion System (SS) Engineering, Suggestion System (SS) Non-Engineering, Quality Control Circle (QCC), and Quality Control Project (QCP).

This activity highlights the importance of creative thinking in innovating and providing renewal. This activity is considered a challenge that brings valuable innovation values to TRAKNUS. For the innovation show that will be held in the future, AOC is expected to help in making better, correct, structural, and logical papers.
