On Time In Full (OTIF) is a program used to measure the accuracy of delivery of spare parts in quantity and time according to the agreement and customer needs. Meanwhile, Readiness 90 (R90) is a program to monitor the availability of spare parts at each branch so that customer needs can be met by that branch and/or surrounding branches quickly and precisely.
