As a forum for strengthening and supporting Agents of Change (AOC) in driving the TRAKNUS Innovation 2024 performance program, the Innovation National Committee regularly holds Agent of Change (AOC) Workshops. This time the event was held in a hybrid manner, for the head office AOC gathered in the Multipurpose Room while the branch AOCs through the zoom meeting webinar were attended by 35 participants in total on January 18, 2024.
This event is a momentum for the AOC to openly discuss the obstacles that have been encountered so far. This workshop is a means for the AOC to determine steps or actions, as well as explore opportunities for self-development considering sustainability by following the changing trends that may occur including the latest scientific and technological developments. This activity also has the aim of increasing understanding and knowledge about innovation for the AOC. With the equality of knowledge possessed, it is hoped that each area can have a quality innovation paper to choose from. So as to get an equal opportunity to send their best candidates as finalists at the Convention. Paper design is not only good in concept, but also can be implemented effectively. AOC in carrying out its duties to be fairness has pocketed expertise in the process of screening candidates who can participate in the convention competition, therefore it is necessary to ensure qualified paper quality by paying attention to the 3W aspects (Winning Concept - Winning Team - Winning System) and the empirical ability to calculate Net Quality Income (NQI).
This year's AOC workshop presented two expert speakers, namely the head office AOC PIC Muhamad Ibnu Sina and branch AOC PIC Davi Zahra Apriko, the event began with an introduction to all AOCs followed by a description of the AOC activity plan in 2024. The next session the resource person explained the material review of the SS, QCC and QCP category innovation papers that had been successfully implemented previously in order to get a common understanding for the AOC in applying methodologies, structures, concepts including analysis. The material was discussed comprehensively which was presented straightforwardly with quite a dense stage in this event but did not dampen the enthusiasm of the participants. In between the pauses of changing the category of material review, the committee was quite interactive and skillful in holding entertainment in the form of games and quizzes with attractive prizes so that the atmosphere of the workshop continued to be lively.
In the future, it is hoped that the role of the AOC can share information and as a bridge and cooperate with all workers to actively participate in innovation parties to advance creativity by fostering an attitude of following and finding out, being critical and daring to create changes by exploring the latest knowledge and technology, in line with the practice of TRAKNUS Core Value RAPID value Innovative Solution indicator 1, stated as a behavioral guideline (Key Behavior), namely the item: Follow and find out the latest information sharing, trends, technology and knowledge and create the latest application of science and technology to increase the productivity and capabilities of the company.
