Jakarta - PT Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) won the "Silver Winner" award in the "The 12th Indonesia Operational Excellence Conference & Award (OPEXCON 23)" event organized by SHIFT Indonesia on November 21, 2023. TRAKNUS managed to get the award for the Service category. TRAKNUS is considered successful in developing Digital Marketing Transformation innovations in providing the best service for all customers. The award was received directly by Muhammad Adam Ghafarry as Deputy Head of Marketing Communication at The Westin Hotel - Jakarta.

In OPEXCON 2023, TRAKNUS also received another prestigious award, namely "Bronze Winner" for two innovations, among others, Innovation with the theme Increase Innovation Paper Productivity & Innovation Culture Internalization by M. Ibnu Sina from PDCA & AMS and Innovation Function and Innovation with the theme Product Development & Standardization - Canycom S25A by Bachtiar Yusuf from Application Engineering Department.

The OPEXCON 2023 event was the first time TRAKNUS competed with more than 130 finalists from more than 70 companies in Indonesia from various industrial sectors, which were assessed by judges from various experts from academia, innovation consultants, and the ministry of industry. By successfully bringing home 3 awards at once in a prestigious external event, TRAKNUS is increasingly confident to look to the future, especially to accommodate Innovators who are expected to be able to create their best innovations to realize Continuous Improvement through Innovation for the sustainability of the company.
