Jakarta (8/6), PT Traktor Nusantara held a product knowledge training for two days at the Harris Convention Center Hotel, Kelapa Gading, East Jakarta.

This training was attended by Principle Perkins as a presenter and followed by 20 Business Consultants from the Power and Management department of PT Traktor Nusantara.

This training consists of several series. The first training was conducted online on April 19, 2022, by discussing general information about Perkins, such as company profiles and manufacturing locations spread worldwide. In addition, the Business Consultants were given homework to compare Perkins products and competitors to be presented offline and offered feedback during the second training. 

The second training was held at the Harris Convention Center Hotel for two days. The Business Consultants were given material presented by Principle Perkins regarding technical knowledge, emissions, engines, and alternators. After that, Business Consultants showed their presentation that had been prepared before, and received feedback from principle perkins regarding the materials.

This training had received a positive response, as seen from the enthusiasm of the Business Consultants when they received and delivered learning materials. Hopefully, this training can improve the technical knowledge to Business Consultants about Perkins with the ultimate goal of increasing sales.

Based on one of the responses from the training participants, Kevin R, Through this training, Business Consultants are given insight and learned that product is not all about price. Still, the quality and advantages of the product are also essential for the customer. As a business consultant, we are also expected to be able to educate customers from the technical side so that the customer is not wrong in determining the generator's capacity. (PAS)
