Kubota Principal & Sumitomo Corporation Visit to Traknus Samarinda

Samarinda (31/08), As a form of support in improving service and quality, representatives of Principal Kubota and Sumitomo Corporation made a 2-day working visit to Balikpapan and Samarinda. Principal Kubota was represented by Keigo Watanabe, Hidetoshi Yamada, and Officer Fatria Jaya. Reo Aoki represented principal Sumitomo Corporation, and Masaki Saimo, accompanied by Harijadi Mawardi as BOD representative and Andrey Buana Rusli as General Manager Agro & Construction Traknus Head Office.

On the first day of the visit, the principal of Kubota and Sumitomo visited the customer to see firsthand the utilization of the Kubota Mini Excavator unit at the customer and then held a meeting with the customer to obtain input and suggestions for improving support in the future.

On the following day, Principal Kubota and Sumitomo Corporation visited the Traknus Samarinda office to meet with the Traknus Samarinda team and to see and review the business processes and supporting facilities at Traknus Samarinda.

With direct visits to customers and discussions with the branch team, we hoped that in the future, it will further improve the quality and support for customers, especially in the Kubota Mini Excavator unit. (WWN)
