Palembang, June 22, 2022, PT Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) Palembang Branch carried out operational activities for the Pangkalpinang (Bangka) Support Point at a new location, at Jl. Rustam Efendi No. 26 RT. 005 RW. 002 Ex. Selindung Baru Kec. Gabek Pangkalpinang City, Bangka-Belitung Islands.

The ceremonial cutting of the tumpeng carried out by Ahmad Ali Hanafiah (Branch Operation Head Palembang) together with the team in Pangkalpinang and the Presentation of the Period of Service Charter.

The inauguration of the new office began with an opening speech by Ahmad Ali Hanafiah. In his speech, he conveyed several messages to colleagues. He hoped that this new office could encourage colleagues who served in Pangkalpinang (Bangka) always to provide the best support and service for customers in Bangka-Belitung.

The agenda then continued with the cutting of tumpeng and handing over the Period of Service Charter to colleagues who served in Pangkalpinang (Bangka). The event ended with a prayer together as an expression of gratitude and hope that the new branch support in Palembang will always improve its superior service to bring the value of customer delight.
