PT Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) is an authorized distributor of Perkins engines in Indonesia. On Thursday, January 18, 2024, TRAKNUS handed over a generator unit to PT Riau Andalan Pulp & Paper (RAPP) in order to provide company assistance to improve services to customers which took place in the maintenance workshop area of PT RAPP, Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan, Riau.

The unit handover ceremony was attended by both companies. TRAKNUS was attended by Ferlly Irawan as Department Head of Power Generation & Air Solution and Danarfian as BOH Pekanbaru along with the team. PT RAPP was attended by Jamaris as Head Maintenance or Deputy SCM, Anwar as Spv. Maintenance, Dimas Cahyo as Spv. Mill Planner and Bella Putra as Deputy Head Maintenance Futong Port.

PT RAPP also sought to improve the operational requirements of Futong Port by investing in the purchase of a generator set with the PL1500P model. This unit is used to supply electricity to the port conveyor, warehouse, workshop, office and estate in the Futong port area. PT RAPP is one of the business partners who has made repeated purchases with TRAKNUS for 5 units of TRAKNUS Genset models PL500P and PL800P. The selection of TRAKNUS genset is one of PT RAPP's steps to get continuous use and after sales units that have been tested.

Throughout the ceremony, PT RAPP conveyed the importance of the quality of the unit's after sales service. Mr. Jamaris and Mr. Anwar representing the management of PT RAPP in his speech hoped that the quality of service, units and after sales that has been tested, can maintain a good relationship between PT RAPP and TRAKNUS.  Danarfian as BOH Pekanbaru also said that TRAKNUS will always support and improve customers in a better way.
