Jakarta (21/09) - Finalists and Agent of Change (AOC) TRAKNUS Innovation Convention 2023, conducted a series of innovation visits to Yard Traktor Nusantara, United Tractors Call (UT Call) and Yayasan Dharma Bhakti Astra (YDBA). This visit was carried out as an appreciation of Traktor Nusantara so that the Finalists and AOC could get broader inspiration.
The first visit was held at Traktor Nusantara Yard, Rawa Sumur. Eko Wasito as MSI Department Head, gave the opening with the introduction of Traktor Nusantara Training Center. Finalists and AOC also received exposure to warehouse management systems and material handling products.
The second visit continued at UT Call, Cakung, welcomed by Antonius Sugeng as Section Head of UT Call. Syifa Rahma Permatasari as UT Innovation Management Team, gave an explanation of the work process at UT Call. Andre Permadi as Customer Contact & Command Center Department Head, explained the process of developing UT Call and embracing the AHEMCE Group to expand the scope of customer service.
TRAKNUS Contact Center (TCC) Go Live in 2022 is designed to not only reduce company costs, but also become a source of revenue by directly connecting customer requests to TRAKNUS Business Consultants (BC) regarding the products or spare parts needed. This collaboration between UT Call and TCC aims to prevent unresolved customer complaints or abandonment.
The third visit ended with a tour at YDBA located in Sunter. Sigit Kumala, as Chairman of the YDBA Board, gave a speech by explaining how YDBA manages and develops Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The MSMEs fostered by YDBA are mostly engaged in the agricultural, culinary, and handicraft sectors. YDBA also opens opportunities for various companies to fund MSMEs through their mentoring programs. (QS)
