JAKARTA – Finally PT Traktor Nusantara is at the final series of Traknus Teaching 2022 events. The activity, which was held on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, was held in a hybrid way (Online and Onsite), where the Onsite was located at the PT Traktor Nusantara Training Center and the online was joined via Zoom from their schools. This activity was attended by 3 Vocational High Schools (SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi, SMK Negeri 14 Bekasi, and SMKS Bina Karya Mandiri)

In organizing this activity, Traktor Nusantara also continues to comply with health and safety protocols. Before the event starts, participants and committees present in this activity are required to swab test. After the test, the participants and the committee continued to the PT Traktor Nusantara Training Center.

The Final series of the 2022 Teaching Traknus event was opened with a warm welcome from the Master of Ceremony to all onsite and online attendees. The event continued with an opening speech from the participants represented by Drs. Boan, M. Pd, Principal of SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi. The speech was continued by the Head of the Training Center Department, Khairil Rajab Kasim, and ended with a speech by David Raka Budi Nurcahya as a representative of the Board of Directors of PT Traktor Nusantara.

The activity takes place from 09.00 WIB to 14.00 WIB. The activity was filled by 2 main speakers, namely Heykal Aldaffa Azizie (SEHS Staff) who gave material on Forklift Safety Driving, and Drs. Maryanto, M. Pd (Principal of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen, Malang) Sharing session about the experience of participating in and winning the 2022 Astra National Showcase.

After sharing knowledge session, the audience was invited to tour the PT Traktor Nusantara Training Center to look around and be introduced to several existing units as well as demonstrations and explanations about the mechanism of the Toyota Forklift unit, one of which is the Toyota electric counterbalance forklift. Students who attended were given little product knowledge about the advantages and disadvantages of battery forklifts for the work environment, including reducing pollution levels, being environmentally friendly, increasing work efficiency, and saving operational costs without reducing the performance of the battery forklift itself. The demonstration and explanation of this mechanism were guided by Rista Pramudianto (SPDF Staff) and Wisnu Candra Setyawan (SPDF Staff).

The Final series of the 2022 Teaching Traknus series was closed with a group photo session. It is hoped that this activity can always be held every year in order to increase the potential and healthy competitiveness of the audience, especially students. And also, it can increase the desire and enthusiasm of each school to participate, as well as establish relationships between schools and industry so that they can develop well. (WAF)
