PT Traktor Nusantara is committed to continuing to support education and technology development in Indonesia. Through the UT-TRAKNUS-UGM Matching Fund program, PT Traktor Nusantara has played an important role in encouraging technological growth and facilitating the exchange of knowledge between industrial practitioners in the country. The program, which was held at Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta on August 24, 2023, is the start of a strong partnership between companies and universities, which will bring long-term benefits to students, lecturers, and the wider community.

Various experts from PT Traktor Nusantara provided their insights and knowledge in practical lectures for introductory industry courses which were enthusiastically welcomed by new students of the Vocational School, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Gadjah Mada University. Rahmat Agung as the Technical Instructor of PT Traktor Nusantara and Tugiyono as the Service Department Head of PT Traktor Nusantara Semarang alternately provides materials related to PT Traktor Nusantara products.

In this program, activity participants are allowed to discuss and ask questions by holding a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) session between PT Traktor Nusantara and lecturers from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Vocational School, Gadjah Mada University. The main topic discussed in this FGD is the support provided by Traktor Nusantara in the 2023 Matching Fund program.

FGD participants actively shared their views and discussed technical aspects related to the development of electric tractors for agriculture. This discussion is very important because it helps clarify the shared vision between PT Traktor Nusantara and the university in carrying out this program. (NRR)
