Jakarta (04/04) – Since 2019, PT Traktor Nusantara has been led by Widjaja Kartika. In April 2023, the President Director will be officially replaced with a new leader. In the context of farewell, PT Traktor Nusantara held a farewell event and welcomed the new board of directors.

The event began with remarks from Muhammad Mansyur, Chairman of the Workers' Union (SP) of PT Traktor Nusantara. As a form of appreciation during his tenure, PT Traktor Nusantara and Swadaya Harapan Nusantara employees in Jakarta (Head Office) and branches throughout Indonesia presented a tribute video containing three words describing Widjaja's figure as a leader and their hopes for his career in the future.

The event continued with a talkshow session with Widjaja, which discussed his career journey, started from Salesman to President Director of Traktor Nusantara. Employees who attended also had the opportunity to ask questions to Widjaja, which several Head Office and Branch representatives submitted. At the event, the Welcoming Committee for the Board of Directors of PT Traktor Nusantara also surprised Widjaja by inviting the children and bringing in friends from their college days and friends from the diving community.

Apart from employees, Widjaja also provided a video offering that he prepared for PT Traktor Nusantara employees, who his wife and their two children assisted. The presentation video contains the Widjaja family singing a song with a musical arrangement which greatly entertains the employees.

The event continued with an introduction ceremony for the new PT Traktor Nusantara board of directors, consisting of Harijadi Mawardi as President Director, Kosuke Tokutomi as Deputy President Director, Handi Wibowo as Equipment Business Director, David Raka B. Nurcahya as Marketing, Human Capital, and Sustainability Director, Daniel Hermawan as Finance and Administration Director, and Handoko as Operation Director of PT Swadaya Harapan Nusantara. Then, the next event was a prayer reading led by Wisnu Sanjaya from DKM representatives and the event was closed by breaking the fast with all employees of PT Traktor Nusantara.

We, all employees of PT Traktor Nusantara, wish the best for Widjaja Kartika and hope that the board of directors for the new term can make the company more developed in business and maintain a sense of kinship among fellow employees.
