TRAKNUS Fully Support The Maintenance of Hundreds of TRAKNUS Genset of BUMA Mining Project

Jakarta (26/07) - PT Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) fully supports the maintenance of hundreds of TRAKNUS Gensets for the PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) mining project by providing online Product Knowledge Training. This training program was attended by the TRAKNUS team and representatives of BUMA engineers from 10 sites with a total of 24 participants. It was done as a form of implementation of the existing values in the company, namely Delight Customer.

The training program entitled "Empowering Our Clients" is expected to be a solution to the various challenges faced by BUMA during the maintenance of generator sets on site. This is in line with the testimony of Mr. Dwi from BUMA Binungan Site that one of the units that experienced a seal leak was successfully handled by the warranty claim process by the TRAKNUS service team.

Guntur as a Trainer from the TRAKNUS Product Support team also said that in the future TRAKNUS will provide offline training for the troubleshooting process in the field. This initiative is carried out as a tangible manifestation of TRAKNUS' commitment as a Partner In Progress to every customer.

This event is closed with the hope that both parties will make this activity one of the efforts to increase sustainable cooperation between TRAKNUS and BUMA.

For information, the partnership between TRAKNUS and BUMA has been running since 2017 with the purchase of hundreds of TRAKNUS Genset units, and continued with other solutions through the Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor and Toyota Forklift products to support BUMA's project business in the coal mining sector (KRRS).
