To support the development of vocational education and strengthen the synergy between the education sector and industry, PT Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) provided technological literacy and workplace competency insights in the heavy equipment industry to Vocational High Schools (SMK) through the Guest Teacher Program. The event, held on October 15, 2025, at SMK Kencana 1 Jakarta, was part of the continuation of the Traknus Mengajar 2025 CSR initiative under the “Traknus Cerdas” Education pillar. Total of 69 participants attended in the session, comprising 65 students and 4 supervising teachers from the departments of Light Vehicle Engineering, Motorcycle Engineering, Office Management and Accounting

The Traknus Mengajar 2025 Guest Teacher delegation involved cross-departmental collaboration, representing Application Engineering, Marketing Communication, and Accounting & Taxes, with each delivering materials in their respective areas of expertise. The event was also attended by HCSSEHSGA Division Head Iman Nurcahyo, SSEHSGA Head Ahmad Fauzi, Application Engineering Head Rifyan Faliq, Marketing Communication Head M. Adam Ghafarry, and Accounting & Tax Head Maulana Iman along with Bachtiar Yusuf, Kayla Dena, Linggar Pramegia, Marzha Ardhika, and Nadia Ayu. Their arrival was warmly welcomed by Sunawan Sapto, Vice Principal of SMK Kencana 1 Jakarta.

The event opened with a speech by Iman Nurcahyo, who emphasized that TRAKNUS remains committed to making a tangible contribution to sustainable development through its CSR programs built upon three main pillars: Traknus Cerdas, Traknus Sehat, and Traknus Rindang.  “The Traknus Mengajar 2025 Guest Teacher Program is a tangible demonstration of the company’s commitment to enhancing the quality of vocational education in Indonesia, while also bridging the link and match between the industry and education” he said.

The event then continued with the presentation of an award plaque from TRAKNUS management to SMK Kencana 1 Jakarta, symbolizing the ongoing synergy and collaboration between industry and education. After that, the activity continued with classroom learning divided according to vocational fields.

Vice Principal of SMK Kencana 1 Jakarta, Sunawan Sapto, expressed his appreciation, “We truly appreciate and fully support this program. We hope initiatives like this will continue, as they provide significant benefits in preparing students to enter the workforce” he said.

For the Light Vehicle Engineering and Motorcycle Engineering departments, the session was led by the Application Engineering team. Rifyan Faliq and Bachtiar Yusuf delivered materials introducing the basic components of engines, the operational systems of tractors, and the application of heavy equipment technology in the industrial sector. In addition to providing technical understanding, students also gained insights into career opportunities in the industrial sector, including areas of expertise and qualifications required by employers. Meanwhile, students from the Office Management and Accounting departments received two learning sessions, focusing on Marketing Communication and Finance & Accounting. In this class, Adam Ghafarry and Linggar Pramegia from the Marketing Communication team presented materials highlighting the important role of marketing and communication in today’s industry in building corporate image and reputation.

The session then continued with a Finance & Accounting presentation delivered in turns by Maulana Iman, Marzha Ardhika, and Nadia Ayu. They discussed the fundamentals of accounting and Taxation in Indonesia, while also introducing the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system as an example of how financial technology is applied in the workplace. The presenters delivered their explanations in an open and engaging manner, supported by real-world examples drawn from their professional experience.

The activity took place in a warm and interactive atmosphere, featuring a question-and-answer session where students had the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers, share experiences, and participate in discussions. The classroom environment was lively and enthusiastic, marked by active participation from students eager to learn more about the professional world and the practical application of their knowledge in industry. As a form of appreciation for their enthusiasm and active participation, students who were the most engaged and confident in sharing their ideas received special prizes.

This activity is a manifestation of the company's commitment to actively supporting the enhancement of students’ competencies through knowledge sharing, practical experience, and a better understanding of industry standards and workforce requirements. The program is expected to serve as a strategic platform for developing highly capable human resources who are ready to face the challenges of the industrial world.
