As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its culture of innovation, Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) is once again hosting the Innovation Sharing (I-SHARE) 2025 event. The event was held online and was attended by 58 employees from the headquarters and all branches on July 11, 2025. Since its launch in 2020, the TRAKNUS Innovation Team has consistently organized the Innovation Sharing (I-SHARE) event every year, involving expert speakers from the Astra Group and internal TRAKNUS staff.
The agenda aims to inspire all employees to actively participate and become finalists for their innovations, with the opportunity to be selected as winners in the InnovAstra 42 competition. The session titled “Analyzing the InnovAstra Winner's Paper: Let's Become Impactful Innovators!” was presented live by Muhammad Ibnu Sina, who has extensive expertise in innovation, frequently participating as a speaker at Astra Group events and serving as a judge at InnovAstra.
The event was hosted by Putri Dwi as moderator, creating a warm atmosphere by her skills on facilitating enthusiastic communication from the start of the forum. Participants were encouraged to actively participate in question and answer sessions and discussions.

Ibnu Sina began with a refresher session, soliciting feedback, expectations, and motivation from the participants attending the sharing session. He then presented the detailed list of winners by category at the InovAstra40 event, accompanied by an overview of the evaluation criteria for each innovation category. He also introduced the general framework for scoring standards, which encompass performance and process at the InnovAstra competition. The Performance classification is a benchmark that considers project achievements in tangible (monetary) terms based on the Net Quality Income (NQI) Ratio, while intangible aspects involve demonstrating the realization between planned and actual implementation. The Process category reflects the implementation of the 3W framework (Winning Concept, Winning Team, and Winning System).
Ibnu Sina emphasized that every innovation must be built using clear and systematic methods, which are certainly supported by the availability of accurate data as the foundation for determining actions. Data that can be analyzed will help in determining the direction of future actions, and not merely serve as an appendix to reports. “In addition to fostering growth, innovation is like treating a disease, but first ensure the diagnosis through various testing phases before taking action,” he explained.
Moving on to the main agenda, the paper review session discussed the project innovation materials from the finalists and winners of InnovAstra40. All materials have been officially shared by AMDI as knowledge management and benchmarks for the entire Afco network. Due to time constraints, this session could only highlight two categories: QCC (Quality Control Circle) non-technical and SS (Suggestion System).

The alignment of the President's letter, Company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Division KPIs, and Department KPIs is the main reference for implementing innovations that will have a real impact in accordance with their respective areas of responsibility. This learning process also provides literacy and education for employees regarding the ins and outs of developing innovation projects, including the concepts and structure outlined in the innovation paper.

The excitement and joy of the participants were evident as Rendi Pratama Saputra builts a relaxed atmosphere during the ice-breaking session with various interactive games. This session sparked the participants' enthusiasm and excitement to win attractive prizes. Then Ibnu invited the participants to explore “Vibes & Stories Behind InnovAstra 41,” showcasing a collaborative atmosphere and a competitive spirit that inspired enthusiasm, diversity of ideas, and a sense of pride as part of Astra's innovation ecosystem.
At the end of the session, the TRAKNUS Innovation Team mentioned to all TRAKNUS Group Innovators that there is no need to worry if they were unable to attend in person, as a complete recording of I-SHARE 2025 is available to view by accessing the link https://bit.ly/m/traknusinnov. (PD)
