As part of its strategy to expand market presence and strengthen brand positioning in the palm oil plantation sector, PT Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) participated in the Safety Exhibition organized by Cargill Tropical Oils One Kalimantan in commemoration of National Occupational Safety and Health or Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Month 2026. The event was held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the Keluwin Estate Football Field, Ketapang, West Kalimantan.
This participation highlights TRAKNUS’ commitment to making Occupational Safety and Health (K3) an integral part of its business strategy. The implementation of safety standards is not only viewed as an operational requirement but also as a key pillar to improve productivity, maintain sustainable operations, and ensure optimal protection for both the company and its customers. Through this approach, TRAKNUS continues to strengthen its reputation as a partner that prioritizes both performance and safety in every solution it provides
The exhibition, initiated by the EHS Committee of Cargill Tropical Oils One Kalimantan, was the first to be held again since 2019 after being paused due to the pandemic. TRAKNUS’ presence as one of the invited vendors was part of a collaborative effort to revive the spirit of safety culture in the workplace while supporting the shared commitment to occupational safety and health.
At the exhibition, TRAKNUS set up a booth displaying several flagship products and parts and service programs. The display included Truck Tires (TRAKNUS Tire), LGP Tires (BKT), and Genuine Parts from Perkins, Massey Ferguson, and Kubota. In addition to providing brochures for units and service programs, TRAKNUS also showcased product videos on a standing TV and distributed exclusive merchandise to selected visitors. The products displayed reflected high quality standards as well as the integration of safety principles in every TRAKNUS unit and service, emphasizing the company’s commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable solutions for customers.

TRAKNUS’ participation in the Safety Exhibition was supported by a joint team from the Head Office and the Pontianak Branch. The team actively interacted with visitors at the booth, explaining TRAKNUS products, services, and solutions. Through these interactions, TRAKNUS also strengthened its positioning as a strategic partner capable of meeting customer needs competitively.
One of the main agendas during the exhibition was a visit from Cargill management to the vendor booths. The TRAKNUS booth was visited directly by the President Director of Cargill Tropical Oil Region Kalimantan, Kuan Chien Lee, along with the Director of EHS and several operational leaders from different regions. This visit provided an opportunity for TRAKNUS to introduce its products and service solutions while strengthening its relationship with the customer.
The visit also became a strategic moment for TRAKNUS team to present its key products and solutions while further strengthening operational collaboration with Cargill in the Kalimantan region. During the discussion session, Cargill’s transportation team and truck drivers were introduced to TRAKNUS Tire, which features a special emboss as a product identification. Estate Managers also received a detailed explanation about the MF 2615 unit, which is used in palm oil harvesting operations with attachments such as grabbers and scissor lifts.
During the visit, Kuan Chien Lee emphasized that the role and support of vendors are important in ensuring the smooth operation of Cargill’s business activities. He expressed his appreciation for the partnership that has been built and hoped that the collaboration could continue to grow through innovation and sustainable initiatives in the future. As part of the visit, Lee also left a message on a special note prepared by TRAKNUS as a sign of appreciation and support for the company’s participation in the Safety Exhibition.
On the same occasion, the Central Workshop Manager Region 1 & 2 of Cargill, T. Reza Ferdiansyah, expressed his appreciation for TRAKNUS as the Massey Ferguson vendor with the largest number of Units in Operation (UIO) in Cargill Kalimantan. He highlighted that TRAKNUS consistently provides support to the workshop team and actively participates in discussions and problem-solving efforts in the field. Reza Ferdiansyah hopes that the collaboration that has been built can continue to be maintained and strengthened to address operational challenges in the future.
TRAKNUS’ participation in this Safety Exhibition further strengthened the spirit of collaboration and synergy in promoting occupational safety and health. The exhibition also served as a reminder that safety is a shared responsibility. More than just a regulation, safety is an important foundation for sustainable business operations and the protection of workers.
