Responsibilities:

• Support Traktor Nusantara & SHN legal (including legal audit)
• Support for the agreement (enterprise and business) relating to corporate matters
• Handling of cases involving Traktor Nusantara & SHN
• Ensure the company complies with applicable regulations and supports the continuity of the company's business processes
• Updating ISO 9001:2015 to suit business needs
• Conduct surveillance and renew ISO 9001:2015 certificates
• Manage, implement, and develop standard operating procedures for each department

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (S1)
• Maximum age of 27 years old
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from reputable university
• Have at least 2 years of law firm or corporate legal experience
• Preferably having a PERADI certification, practical experience in court, understanding company/PMA legality, and M&A experience
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Have a good analytics thinking, interpersonal skill, possess strong drive, work under tight schedules and problem solver
• Computer literacy is a must
• Have good communication, confident, self-motivated and detail oriented
• Able to work in a team or individually
