• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering / Management
• Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Top Tier University
• Maximum age of 25 years old
• Familiar with Business Process, Job Analysis & Evaluation, Organization Design, Workforce Planning & Workload Analysis
• Ability to define and analyze development need to build new development program or modify and improve existing program
• Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, and work under tight schedules.
• High capable to work independently as well as a part of team
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Computer literacy, digital mindset & tech savvy is a must
