  • Controlling, monitoring and evaluating executive management program


  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Human Resource Management & Psychology
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
  • Maximum age of 25 years old
  • Having Good Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated
  • High capable to work independently as well as a part of team
  • Able to join the company immediately
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Have experience in the field of Training Management or People Assessment
