Makassar, 27 August 2025 – PT Traktor Nusantara (Traknus), Makassar Branch, reaffirmed its commitment as a leading provider of material handling solutions by conducting a ceremonial handover of one unit of the Traknus Lithium Traction Battery 420 Ah to PT Prima Alam Gemilang (Jhonlin Group) on 20 August 2025.

Following a year in which Traknus supplied numerous electric material handling units supported by Traknus Lithium Traction Batteries, this event marked the first handover at the Makassar branch. The occasion underscores Traknus’s commitment to delivering integrated services to customers across Indonesia, particularly on the island of Sulawesi. 

The handover ceremony was attended by Traknus representatives: Mr. Wahyuddin (Parts Sales & Service), Mr. Muhammad Hartono A. (Mechanic), Mr. Syahrul Alam (Maintenance Manager), and Mr. Mulyadi (Warehouse Officer). From PT Prima Alam Gemilang, Mr. Syamtidar (Heavy Equipment Officer) was present.

After the installation and handover ceremony, Traknus provided on-site field guidance to PT Prima Alam Gemilang’s operational team. This support aimed to ensure comprehensive understanding of the battery’s functions, operating procedures, and the advantages of Traknus’s latest technology. As a result, the unit can be operated optimally and deliver long-term benefits to the company’s productivity.

At the same event, Traknus also delivered a product refresher presentation covering other product lines previously introduced, with a focus on Automation & Cleaning Tools such as Modula, Fiorentini, and Gausium. The presentation was delivered by Mr. Brian Arnanda Razak (Branch Operation Head, Makassar Branch) together with Mr. Usin (Parts Department Head).

Beyond the ceremony and product presentation, the event served as an opportunity to strengthen coordination and collaboration between Traknus and PT Prima Alam Gemilang, reinforcing their working relationship for the future.

This successful collaboration is expected to further solidify the partnership between Traknus and PT Prima Alam Gemilang. The milestone also reflects Traknus’s tangible commitment to supporting customer needs across the Indonesian archipelago.
