An Indonesian citizen, born in 1978. He earned his degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business, majoring in Accounting, at the University of Indonesia.

He was appointed as President Director of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in April 2025 and was reappointed as President Director based on the AGMS resolution on April 15, 2026. He currently also serves as Vice President Commissioner of PT Swadaya Harapan Nusantara.

He began his professional career by joining United Tractors (UT) in 2001 as a Management Trainee in the Administration Department. During his tenure at UT, he held various strategic positions, including Administration Department Head, Branch Manager, Sales Administration & Support (A/R) Department Head, and Business Support Division Head at one of UT’s subsidiaries.

Since 2014, he has served as Director in several UT subsidiaries, including as Business Support Director at PT Andalan Multi Kencana and PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya.

He joined the Company in 2019 as Director of Finance & Administration (2019–2023). In 2023, he was appointed as Director of Material Handling Business as well as Human Capital & Sustainability. In 2025, he was appointed as President Director of the Company, while concurrently continuing to oversee the Material Handling Business and Human Capital & Sustainability functions.

A Japanese citizen, born in 1978. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Doshisha University, Japan.

He was appointed as Vice President Director of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in April 2024 and was reappointed based on the AGMS resolution on April 15, 2026. He currently also serves as Vice President Director of PT Swadaya Harapan Nusantara.

He began his professional career at Sumitomo Corporation in 2002 as a Salesperson in the Transportation Division. Since 2010, he has been part of the Automotive Division, where he served as Vice President for the automobile dealership business in the United States, gaining extensive experience in retail operations and M&A activities.

After returning from the United States in 2018, he spent four years at a Sumitomo Corporation affiliate in Japan engaged in the car rental business, holding a managerial role in the Corporate Planning & Strategy Department.

Since 2022, he has been part of the Construction Equipment Division, with experience in equipment rental business operations both domestically and internationally.

He was appointed as Director of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in April 2023 and was reappointed based on the AGMS resolution on April 15, 2026.

He began his professional career at PT United Tractors Tbk in 2002 as Head of the Credit and Collection Section, and later served as Department Head of Sales Credit & Collection until 2014. He subsequently held various strategic positions, including Project Manager for LNG, Head of Sales Planning and Control Department, Sales Manager for the Sumatra and Pontianak operational areas, and Manager of the Agribusiness Sector.

In 2022, he joined the Company as Accounting, Taxes & Information Technology Division Head, and in 2023, he was appointed as Director of Finance & Administration.

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1979. He graduated from the Politeknik Manufaktur Bandung (Swiss–German Polytechnic Institute–ITB), majoring in Manufacturing Engineering, Bandung, Indonesia, in 2001.

He was appointed as a Director of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on April 15, 2026.

He has extensive professional experience in sales, marketing, and operations, particularly in the heavy equipment and material handling industry. He began his career at PT Traktor Nusantara as a Business Consultant at the Semarang branch from 2003 to 2008. He was later appointed as Representative Office Head Semarang (2009–2010) and Branch Operation Head Jambi (2010–2012).

He subsequently served as Deputy Head of Sales & Marketing Rental (2012–2013) and Branch Operation Head Samarinda (2013–2017). From 2018 to 2019, he held the position of Sales & Marketing Head BT Raymond, followed by Sales Head Central Area (2019–2022). From 2023 to 2026, he served as Material Handling Sales & Marketing Division Head.

She was appointed as Director of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on April 15, 2026. She currently also serves as Director at PT Traktor Nusantara.

Prior to joining the Company, she gained professional experience across several organizations. In 2014, she joined PT United Tractors Tbk as an Accounting Supervisor. She later continued her career within the UT Group through PT Acset Indonusa Tbk, where she held a managerial position as Planning and Control Manager.

In 2021, she joined PT Traktor Nusantara as Accounting & Tax Manager, and was subsequently entrusted with the role of Finance, Accounting, Tax, and IT Division Head for the period 2024–2026.

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1971. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia.

She was appointed as Director of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in April 2024 and was reappointed as Director based on the AGMS resolution on April 15, 2026. She currently also serves as Commissioner of PT Swadaya Harapan Nusantara.

She has extensive professional experience across industries, with the majority of her career in the telecommunications sector, including roles at three telecommunications companies in Indonesia and one major telecommunications company in Singapore. Her core expertise lies in Human Resources, with responsibilities also covering various corporate and business support functions.

In addition, she has served as Commissioner in two network companies, contributing to corporate governance and strategic decision-making processes. She also has experience in the agribusiness sector, particularly in plantation companies engaged in palm oil and rubber production.

In 2020, she joined PT Summit Niaga, part of Sumitomo Corporation, where she led the Corporate Services Unit overseeing Human Resources, General Affairs, Legal, Finance & Accounting, and Information Technology functions. She currently serves as Head of Corporate Unit and also as Director of PT Sumitomo Indonesia.

Japanese citizen, born in 1977. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Kyoto University, Japan.

He was appointed as Director of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in April 2024 and was reappointed based on the resolution of the AGMS on 15 April 2026. Currently, he also serves as Director of PT Swadaya Harapan Nusantara.

He embarked on his career in 2000 at Sumitomo Corporation in Tokyo, Japan, initially in the Plant Project Department. Over the year 2000-2005, he undertook various projects within the Railway Transportation Projects Department. From 2005, he dedicated himself to work in Ship and Marine Projects Department. In 2011 he assumed the role of business manager at the Imabari Branch. In 2014, when he was appointed as Manager of Ship and Marine Project Dept. No.1. Progressing further, in 2017, he transitioned to the Construction & Mining Systems Division. In 2018, he served as Deputy Branch Director at Sumitec International, Ltd in Kemerovo, Russia. Returning from Sumitec International Ltd in 2021, in the Construction & Mining Systems Division in Tokyo he continued to support the management and operation of Sumitec International. His journey continued in 2023 as he ventured to PT. Sumitomo Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia, taking on the position of General Manager of the Construction Equipment Dept.

Japanese citizen, born on 19 April 1987. He obtained a bachelor’s degree from Keio University.

He was appointed as Director of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on 15 April 2026.

He began his professional career at Sumitomo Corporation in 2010 and has extensive experience in various strategic assignments, including international exposure in Russia (Komatsu DB). In April 2020, he was assigned to PT Traktor Nusantara as Assistant to the General Manager at the Construction Equipment Sales & Marketing Department No.1. Since February 2026, he has served as Manager of Construction & Mining Equipment Team No. 1 under the Construction & Mining Equipment Business Unit.
