Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) Palembang branch made a working visit to the customer site located at Tirta Agung Estate owned by PT Perusahaan Perusahaan London Sumatra Indonesia (LONSUM), Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra. The visit, which was held on 29-30 August, provided training related to technological developments in generators.

The activity, which ran for two days, was attended by a total of 29 people. The customers consist of Yacobus General Manager of PT Perusahaan Perkebunan London Sumatra Indonesia Banyuasin Region, Uus Permana Coordinator of the Indo Agri Maintenance Facility, Plantation Manager, Operator, and Mechanic. TRAKNUS was attended by Surya Daud Sihite as Branch Operation Head Palembang, Deni Supriatna as Service Department Head Palembang, Finsha Alfany Putra as Business Consultant Palembang, and also mechanics.

This training not only discusses technological developments in generators but also shares and discusses how to operate and maintain Traknus powered by Perkins generators properly and correctly with Operators and Mechanics of PT Perusahaan Perkebunan London Sumatra Indonesia and PT Indo Agri. In this discussion, the audience was also allowed to ask questions so that the information conveyed by TRAKNUS could be understood.

It is hoped that with this Operation & Maintenance Training activity, customers can better understand the operation and maintenance of TRAKNUS products so that performance remains optimal, the product's useful life is much longer, as well as increasing the trust and cooperation that has been well established between PT Indo Agri (Group) and TRAKNUS Group.
