Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) reaffirmed the strengthening of the strategic relationship between the company and all Workers through the 2024 Year-End Workers Meeting. This forum is not only a transparent means of communication, but also designed to strengthen the synergy between all elements to support the achievement of the company's strategic targets in a sustainable manner. The agenda that took place on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 involved all TRAKNUS Group organic workers, both from the Head Office and Branch Offices. It was organized in a hybrid manner by taking place in the Dining Room of Building A of the Head Office as well as through the Zoom Meeting platform for Workers located in Branch Offices.

The event was hosted by the Master of Ceremony (MC) Nur Inayah Febriana with Bagas Bayu Bharata. At the beginning, the MC invited all Workers to stand together to sing Mars Astra and Bagimu Negeri followed by RAPID greetings.

In the first session, the Chairman of the TRAKNUS Group Labor Union Agung Nugroho was given the opportunity to give a speech. “We would like to express our appreciation for the excellent cooperation and collaboration between Management and the Labor Union during the negotiation of the renewal of the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA). The negotiations and discussions were very conducive so that together the renewal of the 2024 PKB which was held in July could run well and smoothly. The joint success of the negotiations this time has resulted in agreements that are beneficial in improving the quality of work and welfare for Workers. The PKB is a tangible manifestation of strategic synergy between the company and Workers. It is well known that the company's dedication in building the quality of human resources, processes, and infrastructure that support the company's progress certainly has a significant impact with the benefits that have been felt by all Workers, for that once again we give our appreciation,” he explained. 

The event continued with the delivery of Financial Highlight by TRAKNUS Finance & Administration Director Daniel Hermawan, on his occasion highlighting the company's strategic successes in 2024 including the acquisition of a new building as part of the Head Office expansion. “The final signing for this additional building will be carried out, a step in the company's readiness to support more aggressive growth in the coming year,” he explained.

TRAKNUS Human Capital & Sustainability Director David Raka Budi Nurcahya, delivered a deep reflection in his speech with the theme “Berusaha, Berkarya, Bersyukur.” In his presentation, he highlighted the importance of adaptive human resource management, increasing Paper Productivity by 0.35%, and Culture Internalization by 4%.

David Raka Budi Nurcahya also emphasized that in 2025 the Innovation theme will focus on Productivity & Sustainability. “Safety must be a top priority in all our activities, not only in the workplace, but also on the way to and from work,” he emphasized.

The highlight of the event was a speech from TRAKNUS President Director Harijadi Mawardi, who gave a strategic view on the importance of building long-term investments. “What we plant this year will be the foundation for the results we can enjoy together. Greater achievements in the future can only be achieved through the cooperation and dedication of all elements of the organization,” he said. He also emphasized the importance of optimism in facing the challenges and opportunities ahead, while inspiring Workers to continue to innovate.

The event was closed with a joint documentation session, and then a prayer led by Sugiarto Saputro, as a symbol of togetherness and hope for a brighter future. TRAKNUS not only creates a forum for sharing information, but also strengthens the foundation of synergy which is the main pillar in the journey towards sustainability and superior competitiveness.
