As proof of this, TRAKNUS successfully maintained its ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard certificate through a recertification audit process by an external auditor, Intertek SAI Global, on August 5-6, 2024 at the Pulogadung Head Office in Jakarta.

This readiness can be seen from the supporting documents that are structured and complete by each division, allowing the audit process to run effectively. Field facilities and infrastructure are also checked by auditors to see the quality management system is consistently implemented in daily operations. During the ISO 9001:2015 audit process, TRAKNUS internal auditors were involved as observers, allowing them to witness the audit process firsthand. This observation opportunity provides valuable insights as quality development that can be applied when carrying out internal audits to be more effective and able to encourage continuous improvement. 

The ISO 9001:2015 quality management requirements standard has been QEC 20087 certified since 2003. In August, it has successfully maintained the certificate as a manifestation of the level of compliance with the relevant criteria determined based on the assessment of external auditors. The Quality Management System certificate covers Sales Distribution and Product Supports of Industrial, Agricultural, Power Generation and Construction. Summary The compliance standards covered apply a PDCA process approach and risk-based thinking as evidenced by the establishment and implementation of criteria, methods, including measurements and indicators to ensure effective operation and control of processes, determining opportunities for improvement that are managed with adequate resources.
