With the theme “The Best Industrial & Agricultural Solution Provider in Indonesia Through Operational Excellence” Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) Group held the National Management Meeting 2025 on November 25-26, 2024. This activity focuses on coordination and collaboration between departments and branches, aligning the deployment of activities & strategies (Strategy Deployment-Strategy Implementation), identifying opportunities and potential risks, establishing review and evaluation mechanisms and measuring the capabilities and resource needs required. In addition, the delivery of structured planning with strategic steps to encourage readiness in facing the next year.

The event was opened with remarks from Branch Support & Improvement Director In Charge Handi Wibowo, also attended by the Board of Directors (BOD) and all TRAKNUS Group Management from Head Office and Branches. “We are never afraid of the future, because the future is something we must achieve. We mobilize the entire team in the branch to grab every opportunity that exists. The contribution of the branches is huge, let's strive and achieve together what we have planned,” said Handi Wibowo encouraging the branch management.

Guided by Master of Ceremony (MC) Rendi Pratama Saputra, the first day of the NMM agenda began with the presentation of Branch Operation Head (BOH) presentations from all branches centered on work plans and steps to be taken to strengthen readiness in achieving the 2025 target. 

This session was very dynamic with the support and involvement of Head Office management in clarifying and ensuring the activities planned, as well as contributing new ideas in identifying problems and challenges faced by each branch. 

After a break and lunch, the event continued with a warnasari session as a vehicle to open two-way communication between management and BOD. In this session, the BOD provided an opportunity for participants to discuss freely to express obstacles, problems, or ask for more explanation about policies related to company operations, asking for discourse on corporate strategies for the direction of the company in developing future expansion or product diversification.

“The global situation and conditions next year are still challenging such as climate change, economic uncertainty, and massive technological developments, therefore collaboration and coordination are the main keys in facing existing challenges. So we must remain agile, synergized, and dynamic. Having the ability to quickly respond to all possible changes while being adaptive to find an opportunity and the ability to identify a risk. With all efforts to improve operational excellence for sustainability including the utilization and mastery of technology and focus on implementing innovation, efficiency and productivity steps, it is hoped that the targets made can be achieved, “summarized the message from the Board of Directors at the end of the warnasari session. 

On the second day, NMM participants received direction and positive energy full of inspiration to create a productive and harmonious work ecosystem from Vice President Director Hirofumi Futase regarding the New Network Mindset, which is a change in the concept of each branch that only waits and receives instructions from the HO or one-way must update. We have to update the way of thinking, that each branch is a company in itself where HO is just the same company but different in color from other branches. So it is necessary to have two-way coordination between branches and HO as well as with other branches. BOH is the management of the company at the branch, for that it has an important role in maximizing sales, is expected to have the ability to determine revenue targets, know the competence of each worker, be able to calculate and compile how effective each opex spent and how many minimum sales targets must be achieved, BOH must be able to create a good communication climate between workers because it should not be a barrier for workers under it. and every function in the branch is a unit.

The whole series of events has been displayed, as the closing session of the event all NMM 2025 participants signed “Our Commitment 2025 targets proclaimed as a statement that promised to be achieved.

To strengthen the sense of togetherness, the evening was held a friendly BBQ Night which took place in a relaxed atmosphere but full of family. The event felt more special with the presence of TRAKNUS Vice President Commissioner Widjaja Kartika. 

Participants enjoyed the dishes prepared, while watching the spectacular musical performance of the Mastoyo Botakins Band. This entertaining band, which is entirely manned by TRAKNUS workers, is the band that was crowned the first winner in the PORSEUT 2024 event.
