Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) always consistently strives to develop procedures to implement better operational management standards. To realize this, TRAKNUS Group formed an SOP Representative who has an important role as an agent in ensuring operations run according to established standards, as well as responding to changes in internal policies and regulations promulgated. The SOP Representative Kick Off was held online through the MS Teams platform on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 which was attended by the Division Head, Managerial, and 34 SOP Representative members. 

This event is a milestone in the transformation journey that leads TRAKNUS Group to a more efficient, integrated, and highly competitive operational era.

The SOP Representative Kick Off marks the first step in introducing and implementing the strategic role of the SOP Representative. The SOP Representative is also a catalyst for the transition of updating the standard operation procedure business process from SAP ECC6 migration to SAP S/4 HANA. SOP Representative is a representative ambassador appointed by the Division Head with noble duties that include:

• Develop and manage SOP.
• Provide training and socialization of SOP.
• SOP monitor and evaluator.
• Liaison between departments.
• Compile reports on compliance.

The role of SOP Representatives should not be underestimated. They are the vital link between company policy and technical implementation in the field. With a deep understanding of the company's operational system, they are expected to be able to drive the wheels of change with high accuracy, overseeing every procedural step to comply with established standards. SOP Representatives will also act as agents of change who are able to encourage the adaptation of a new work culture that is more efficient and digitally integrated, bringing the company into a new era that is more dynamic and competitive.
