Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) group held the final event of the 2024 best employee selection competition based on 2023 performance assessment (based on Performance 2023).

In the framework of the 50th Anniversary, TRAKNUS again held a prestigious competition event, namely Best Employee 2024 with the title "Rising Beyond the Limit". It symbolizes the company to move forward and face challenges with unlimited enthusiasm. This event is a collaboration between Human Capital-People Development, Part Division, Service Division, and Branch Support & Improvement to accommodate the awarding of TRAKNUS Group employee performance.   

This year's Best Employee 2024 event competes in 4 categories, namely Best Generalist, Best Business Consultant, Best Parts & Service Sales, and Best Mechanic with customized criteria. Each category is also divided by groups such as "Generalist 1" with participation in groups 1-3 and "Generalist 2" competing for groups 4A-4D. In the sales force section, the competition is distinguished for the selection of "Business Consultant, and Parts & Service Sales". Also in the mechanic category, there is Best Mechanic A which is followed by mechanics level MG1- MG4 and Best Mechanic B specifically followed by mechanic level MG5-MG19. 

The selection process until the judging took place from May 02 to June 20, 2024, which was divided into 3 (three) stages. Starting with the Administration Selection round, here the criteria for workers who have exceeded 4 years of service with consecutive performance grades for 3 years of at least B+ are selected by the Department Head for workers at the Head Office and Branch Operation Head for branch offices. All of them are filtered again by the committee, which in each category will pick 10 participants as finalist candidates. Then the finalist candidates were faced with the Technical Selection stage, where participants were asked to show their skills by taking a written exam and presentation. This phase is to select the top five contestants who qualify as finalists who are entitled to take part in the Final Presentation & Committee Interview round.

These talents were tested in front of the Interview Committee by presenting 15 minutes of material about Project Innovations, Company Understanding, RAPID, and other general insights, with the entire process involving the Division Head. The seriousness of the preparation of the prospective winners of this event is very visible by proving their skills in front of the Interview Committee. The finalists' presentations are not an evaluation of competence, but a place to express creativity and noble thoughts that are not just target achievement, but are able to carry the mission of positive change for the company. The Interview Committee has successfully decided and determined the best of the best winners. 

As a form of appreciation for the finalists, the competition committee invited and invited them to attend the "Lunch With Board of Directors (BOD) & Managerial" event. This family-friendly event provided an opportunity for the finalists to interact and gain valuable insights with the BOD and Division Heads. The awarding and announcement of the winner of this event was held at the "TRAKNUS 2024 Family Gathering" at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) on June 22, 2024.
