Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) goes further with the expansion of the Head Office area as an effort to support larger business operations and accommodate the Company's growth in a sustainable manner. TRAKNUS officially purchased the land located adjacent to the existing Head Office. As we know, the land was previously under the auspices of PT Aksara Grafika Pratama (AGP), which is part of the Bisnis Indonesia Group. An important step in ensuring the legality of ownership and to protect the rights to the land purchase was the execution of the Sale and Purchase Deed on Thursday, December 12, 2024.

The signing of the Deed of Sale and Purchase (AJB) carried out between TRAKNUS and AGP for Building Rights Title was authorized and witnessed by the Land Deed Official (PPAT) Notary Yousfrita, S.H., M.K.N, as a continuation of the agreement of the Sale and Purchase Bond Agreement (PPJB) at the beginning of the year. The signing was carried out by AGP President Director Lulu Terianto and AGP Operations Director Yayan Tafrikhudin as well as TRAKNUS President Director Harijadi Mawardi and TRAKNUS Vice President Director Hirofumi Futase, also attended by TRAKNUS Human Capital & Sustainability Director David Raka Budi Nurcahya, HCSSEHSGA Division Head TRAKNUS Iman Nurcahyo and Finance, Accounting, Taxes & IT Division Head Gita Mariana.  

As a continuation of the signing of the Sale and Purchase Deed (AJB) to obtain legality and administrative procedures, it was declared legally valid and official on land with the status of Land Management Rights (HPL) of PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (JIEP). On December 16, 2024, the Deed of Mutual Agreement (KB) for the Transfer of Utilization of Plot Land and Deed of Industrial Land Use Agreement (PPTI) between PT Aksara Grafika Pratama and PT Traktor Nusantara was signed in accordance with the provisions stipulated by PT JIEP.

The signing ceremony was legalized and witnessed before Notary Inggraini Yamin, S.H., which was attended by representatives from each party TRAKNUS President Director Harijadi Mawardi and TRAKNUS Vice President Director Hirofumi Futase, AGP President Director Lulu Terianto and AGP Operations Director Yayan Tafrikhudin, as well as JIEP Operations and Development Director Safei.

TRAKNUS has carried out the process and steps of administrative procedures and legality fulfillment by promoting good governance in this transfer of ownership. Furthermore, the expansion of the placement on the new land is named Building B and for the current office is referred to as Building A Pulogadung Headquarters.

Gradually and planned TRAKNUS renovated and re-layout the new area to ensure better operational efficiency. As part of the effort, a partial move of workers to Building B has been carried out to improve the processes executed in the new area. Building B is designed as a modern workspace that is comfortable and efficient, supporting the company's overall productivity.

Building B not only symbolizes the physical expansion of TRAKNUS, but also reflects the company's vision in creating an innovative and productive infrastructure. With a design that prioritizes efficiency and comfort, this building is a solid foundation to support TRAKNUS' future growth.
