Swadaya Harapan Nusantara (SHN) held a team building activity as part of the company's commitment to improve internal synergy. This activity is a strategic platform to strengthen communication, collaboration, and effective decision-making in every line of the organization. When each individual has a deeper understanding of their role and is able to adapt quickly, the acceleration of company growth can be achieved more optimally.

This agenda was held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at the Training Center Rawa Sumur, Jakarta.  77 SHN employees were involved in this activity, SHN President Director Handi Wibowo, SHN Marketing & Sales Director Handoko, Finance Accounting Taxes & IT Division Head Gita Mariana, and Marketing Communications Head M Adam Ghafarry were also present.

Each Division & Department Head was given the opportunity to give a speech by carving out some of the main 2025 strategies that will be implemented. Important agendas that are prioritized include strategic collaboration with Traktor Nusantara, increasing sales coverage, implementing operating excellence, and optimizing the SHN Contact Center. These steps are the foundation that will ensure the company remains relevant and adaptive amidst industry changes.

SHN President Director Handi Wibowo, in his speech emphasized that success can only be achieved with shared commitment. “We are not only working to achieve targets, but also to build a stronger future. Every step we take must be based on the same vision, because true success is born from alignment of purpose and collective strength,” he said.

The participants enjoyed the excitement of this team building, there was an aura of joy in the fun moments of togetherness in each game. Participants had to complete various challenges and entertaining games including Japanese Suwit games, equating cards, and sorting numbers. This team building activity is designed to build cooperation and confidence by involving various competitions for individual workers and groups.

Team building is not just an activity to play for fun, but an investment in building a more solid, harmonious and productive team. This activity is expected to help refresh the mind and provide a new perspective that can be applied in facing challenges in each worker's workplace. SHN reaffirms that a collaborative, adaptive and innovative work culture is not only a driving factor for the company's growth, but also ensures that every worker feels valued, motivated and ready to face future challenges.
