On June 18, 2024, Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) Semarang Branch inaugurated the transfer of the branch office located at BSB Industrial Park Blok B.1/2, Jatibarang Village, Mijen District, Semarang City. This moment marks a new chapter in TRAKNUS' journey to provide superior service to all customers and business partners in the Central Java region. The office relocation from Grand Dhika Commercial Estate No.19 Jl. Urip Sumoharjo Km 12.8 Tugu, Semarang was done with careful consideration to improve operational efficiency and expand service coverage.

Branch Improvement Head Marina Nur, and Material Handling Product Support Division Head Ferdinand Widjaja attended the inauguration. A total of 69 invitations enlivened the inauguration event, consisting of representatives of Astra Affiliated Companies (Affco) Semarang and loyal customers in the Central Java region such as PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Hartono Istana Teknologi, and PT Djarum. 

This event was held in a hybrid manner, witnessed online by the entire Board of Directors and TRAKNUS employees throughout the country. Branch Operation Head of Semarang Branch Brian Arnanda Razak in his speech "We are determined to continue to provide excellent service to our customers and business partners. This relocation is a concrete step to get closer to customers and provide a more alert response to evolving customer needs," he said.

The excitement of the inauguration was followed by the screening of a documentary video featuring a comprehensive tour of the new office. The video showcases a range of modern facilities specifically designed to support more efficient and productive operations. From the ergonomic workspace to the advanced technology embedded, all elements are designed to create an optimal working environment. 

The inauguration was symbolized by a tumpeng cutting procession by Marina Nur, then Ferdinand Widjaja, followed by Brian Arnanda Razak. This procession is not just a tradition, but also symbolizes blessings, hope, and optimism for the future of this new branch office.

Marina Nur added, "The inauguration of this new office is a tangible manifestation of TRAKNUS' dedication to continuously innovate and improve service quality. It is expected to make a greater significant contribution in supporting the development and economic growth in the Central Java region."
