Traktor Nusantara (TRAKNUS) welcomed the arrival of Astra's Corporate Human Capital Development (CHCD) Function team at the Genba 2024 activity held on Friday, December 6, 2024. Genba CHCD aims to provide and improve insight and understanding of Genba participants regarding Astra's business lines or business practices carried out in the Astra Group. No less than 30 participants who participated in this activity were led by Head of Corporate Management System (CMS) Iman Surya Diangga.

His presence was warmly welcomed by the Finance & Administration Director of TRAKNUS and also always PAIISOL Function Director in Charge Daniel Hermawan together with HCSSEHGA Division Head Iman Nurcahyo at the Pulogadung Head Office Dining Room, Jakarta.  Genba participants who attended TRAKNUS went straight to the Dining Room to greet each other first. 

The Genba event this time began by singing the Astra Mars together followed by Bagimu Negeri and praying, guided by PAIISOL Staff Muhamad Ibnu Sina as the moderator. In the introductory session, Finance & Administration Director Daniel Hermawan gave his remarks, “we represent the management to be very honored and grateful to be the chosen place to be visited by the Function CHCD team, as part of Astra's big family. This visit is a very good opportunity for us, to exchange knowledge, and expand the network so that it will further strengthen collaboration and cooperation,” he said. 

The activity continued with the presentation of TRAKNUS company profile material, the event was even more lively when entering the question and answer session by getting various prizes, then continued with the handover of souvenirs and group photos.  

On the same day, the event continued with a visit to TPS-1 at the Rawasumur Yard which was received by Marketing Support & Importation (MSI) Head Eko Wasito. Before entering the TPS-1 Yard area, Genba participants gathered first in the parking area to be briefed on safety induction by SSEHS Staff Naufal Raihan Riandi.

The next agenda of Genba participants had the opportunity to see firsthand the facilities and electrification-based forklift products in the Workshop Area. Product Management 1 Head Tri Mulyono explained in detail the product forklift battery and exhibited features and uses in all its advantages as well as demonstrating as a product promotion. It was so interesting that some participants were very enthusiastic to do a test drive under the assistance and supervision of a skilled operator. There were very happy and happy faces after getting knowledge and experience about the introduction of Toyota Forklift products. Feeling satisfied, participants were invited to tour the Yard guided by Yard Coordinator Bogi Wahyu Pancoro. The starting point of the yard tour starts from the Unloading Area, continuing sequentially to the Receiving Inspection Area, Stock Area, Refurbish Order Area, Pre-Delivery Area, Ready For Delivery Area and the last location visited is the Loading Area. 

On the way, participants did not forget to capture this moment by taking pictures that showed a sense of excitement. As a closing session, the committee and participants together enjoyed light meals and drinks to quench their thirst. Through this visit, hopefully it can generate added value and provide benefits for participants and further foster the bonds of togetherness and cooperation among Astra people.
