TRAKNUS Group officially opened the pages of 2025 with a passionate innovation journey through the Agent of Change (AOC) 2025 Kick Off Meeting which was held on Friday, January 10, 2025. The event, which took place online, was a strategic momentum to
The theme of productivity and sustainability as the main foundation in the title of Innovation 2025. Involving 30 participants who are catalysts of change, this activity is designed to form an innovative ecosystem that is not only efficient but also sustainable.
This activity began with remarks from PDCA, AMS, Innovation, ISO, SOP & Legal Head TRAKNUS Rohmadi, emphasizing the importance of innovation as a foundation to support the achievement of company targets. “Continuing the strategic direction of the BOD at the end of 2024, in 2025 the TRAKNUS group Innovators to increase the theme of innovation projects focused on increasing productivity and sustainability,” he said.
As a joint note in 2024, TRAKNUS Group managed to produce a total of 1,082 verified papers or in other words the productivity of the innovation papers produced on average was 1.57 papers per worker and the internalization of a culture of innovation reached 60% of workers from the total number of workers. With a tabulation of the contribution of each innovation category as follows: Suggestion Systems (SS) as many as 1,016 papers, Quality Control Circle (QCC) as many as 44 papers, and Quality Control Project (QCP) as many as 22 papers, this is a brilliant achievement with an increase in paper productivity by 0.35 and an increase in the internalization of innovation culture by 4% from the previous year.
In 2025, this achievement target is transformed into two major focuses, namely:
This event is also an important moment for TRAKNUS to introduce and inaugurate the Agents of Change (AOC) who have been renewed based on the mandate given by the Division Head and Branch Operation Head. These AOCs will then play a key role in developing the implementation of innovation in each area in the 2025 period. They are expected to spearhead the company's transformation, bringing the spirit of innovation into every line of operations, as well as leading various strategic initiatives oriented specifically towards productivity and sustainability. With this new spirit, the AOCs will not only act as drivers of change, but also as the front line in maintaining a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the company. The selected AOCs are believed to be able to bridge cross-departmental communication and instill innovation values that will strengthen the company's competitiveness.
In this event session, PIC Innovation also had the opportunity to announce a new term in sorting papers sent by workers, namely RESI: Reimplementation Simple. This category was launched as an effort to accommodate individual scope innovation projects (equivalent to SS - Suggestion System) that successfully reimplemented SS in previous years. This is an effort to accelerate the process of duplicating simple innovation projects that may be implemented in other areas. For more information, colleagues can contact AOC 2025 in charge of the designated area. The launch of RESI is also one of the main highlights that can support the increase in the number of papers produced.
As a supporting tool, National Innovation PIC M Ibnu Sina also provides references and inspiration for innovation projects that have been provided which can be accessed through a dedicated link.
In the closing session, the spirit of collaboration was reaffirmed by all AOC participants, emphasizing the spirit of collaboration in achieving innovation targets and strengthening internal innovation culture.
This innovation program is not only oriented towards optimizing company operations but also designed to empower workers through achieving higher Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), personal portfolio development, and access to broader career opportunities. (MIS)
