Jakarta (15/6) – PT Traktor Nusantara through the SEHS department wants to increase the awareness of all employees to their respective health conditions. Therefore, one of the efforts made by Traktor Nusantara is to organize a virtual health talk. With the theme "Problems and Treatment of Low Back Pain and Spinal Disorders Due to Work Activities", this virtual health talk invited dr. Asrafi Rizki Gatam, Sp.OT(K) Spine.Dr. Asrafi is an expert doctor in the field of orthopedics, especially the spine. 

The virtual health talk event was opened by remarks from Carmila Sinta Uli Sihombing as the HC-SEHS-GA Division Head of PT Traktor Nusantara. In her speech, she conveyed the importance of every employees caring about spinal health. Given that when working, of course there are several risks that can cause spinal cord disorders including sitting for too long, wrong lifting methods, improper working positions and others. With this virtual health talk, it is hoped that it can improve the health status of employees and female employees, so that they can increase productivity at work.

The virtual health talk was attended by employees of PT Traktor Nusantara and PT Swadaya Harapan Nusantara, both whose work area is in the Jakarta Head Office and Branches spread throughout Indonesia. Also present were representatives from Eka Hospital, as well as a team from Asuransi Astra Life who also contributed to sharing knowledge at this virtual health talk event.

In order to continue to encourage increased awareness of health for all employees. Traktor Nusantara and Swadaya Harapan Nusantara will regularly hold virtual health talks in the future, by raising various themes related to general health, as well as occupational health. (PS)
