Collective Labor Agreement Renewal Negotiations Period 2022 - 2024

Jakarta – PT. Traktor Nusantara always maintains its commitment to achieving the Market Leader in the Heavy Equipment sector. One of these efforts can be seen in the Company's commitment to comply with regulations, including Manpower. This is realized through the agenda for the Negotiation of Collective Labor Agreements (PKB) for 2022 – 2024, which contains the working conditions, rights and obligations of the parties negotiating, in this case, the Company and Employees. Body 1

The PKB negotiations were postponed in 2021 due to the pandemic conditions, which were deemed not good enough to carry out activities that involved some employees in Head Office Traktor Nusantara, so the PKB was extended by 1 year by following applicable regulations. The PKB negotiations were held on 6-7 July 2022 at the Head Office of PT Traktor Nusantara.

Body 2On that occasion, two groups of representatives carried out the negotiations, including; Representatives from the Company chaired by David Raka Nurcahya and representatives from workers chaired by Muhammad Mansyur.

Body 3

Negotiations run interactively, discussions are productive and solutions are proposed from both parties and still maintain compliance with health protocols. The Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) negotiation for 2022 – 2024 was also closed with the signing of the agreement resulting from the negotiations between Company Representatives and Worker Representatives.
