PT Traktor Nusantara continues to nurture its commitment to improving education in Indonesia, through increasingly mature and inspiring programs. This year, PT Traktor Nusantara has entered the second year of the event designed to ignite the spirit of Indonesian students and prepare them to step into the world of work when their education ends.

Traknus Mengajar is not just a one-year program. It is a continuation of the program that has been implemented in 2022. In 2023, this program began on July 20 and reached its peak on August 31, which also marked the closing of the Traknus Mengajar series of events in 2023.

This event is part of the Traknus Mengajar program which has a strong focus on education. This is in line with one of the three CSR pillars (Cerdas, Sehat, Rindang) at PT Traktor Nusantara, namely Cerdas, which means educate. Traknus Mengajar program presents training for teachers and seminars for students, with special emphasis on vocational schools and vocational schools in Indonesia.

This hybrid event took place on August 31, 2023, from 08.00 to 11.00, combining direct attendance at PT Traktor Nusantara Cikarang Yard and online participation. More than 100 students from 5 different schools, including SMKN 1 Bekasi, SMK N 14 Bekasi, SMKN 2 Jember, SMK PGRI 1 Gresik, and SMKS Bina Karya Mandiri Bekasi, were present to enliven this event that promotes education.

The event was attended by a number of experts in various fields from PT Traktor Nusantara. The speakers included Bogi Wahyu Pancoro as Yard Coordinator of MSI Department, Pendi Setyawan as SSEHS Department Head, Khairil Rajab as Training Center Department Head, and Resti Anggraeni as HC & People Development Department Head.

This activity was not only formal, but also included educational moments. This includes the awarding of award plaques, group photo sessions, facility tours, and demonstrations on the use of heavy equipment, including Kubota mini excavators, facilitated by the experts themselves, namely Rahmat Agung and Wisnu Candra Setiawan as Technical Instructors.

Traknus Mengajar 2023 is a concrete proof of PT Traktor Nusantara's commitment to inspire, educate, and prepare Indonesia's next generation for a bright future. In an ever-changing world, education is the key that opens the door to unlimited potential. (NRR)
