Procurement Staff

Responsibilities :

• Ensure efficient and accurate purchasing operations by validating vendors, collecting data for requirement analysis, aligning orders with forecasts, and conducting post-purchasing activities according to procedures.
• Monitor vendor payments, support purchases of attachments, optional equipment, service tools, local parts, and projects, and maintain complete and compliant documentation to streamline processes and meet organizational needs effectively.

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree (S1) from Management, Accounting in Industrial Engineering, and other relevant majors
• Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
• Exhibit a good communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills
• Interested in procurement and supply chain activities
• Experience in related position is a plus
• Computer literacy is a must
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
