To achieve it, the management form the Guiding Principles for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), also Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that consist of :
  1. Reliable environmental management system to minimize waste and minimize the impact to water, land and air.
  2. Provide a workplace with highest priority on security, health and safety, zero incidents, zero combustion and zero illness cause by work, by eliminate or reduce any threat at work environment, provide safety equipment and emergency kit, also conduct work training for all employees.
  3. Protect natural resources through utilizing recycled material.
  4. Participate and develop environmentally friendly activities, such as, develop and improve technology and operational system to minimize waste, prevent water, air and land contamination, minimize risk of health and safety at work and conduct reliable waste management system.
  5. Abide by the government law.
  6. Conduct self-assessment thoroughly toward the principles and self-appraisal with regard to any improvement on health and safety at work, environmental management system and Corporate Social Responsibility, also perform routine report to management and determined to conduct sustainability of continuous improvement.
  7. Applying ISO 9001:2000 to all activities relate to health and safety at work also environmental management system at PT Traktor Nusantara.
  8. Conduct Internal & External Social Responsibility. The implementations depend on company’s circumstances.
  9. All division at PT Traktor Nusantara and PT Swadaya Harapan Nusantara are obliged to act upon the Guiding Principles for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), also Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
  10. All employee and contractor that work at the PT Traktor Nusantara and PT Swadaya area are obliged to apply these principles and report anything connected with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), also environmental management system.
